MVox, also known as miniVox, specialises in USB speakerphones. They have two main models, the MV100, and the MV900, but we've only ever used the MV100 around the office here, and we've never actually met anyone who uses the MV900. While it's likely to be just as supported and useful, we can't recommend it because it's never been tested.

The MVox MV100 USB speakerphone is small, lightweight, and ultra-portable, yet seems to offer great sound quality for conference calls or group calling. It picks up audio in the surrounding area quite well, and has a decent speaker that sports clear audio. Its echo-reduction technology keeps the annoying echoes away, and, since it's basically just a USB combo microphone/speaker, it will work with just about any softphone out there. As it's USB, it requires a computer with a USB port to plug into.
