Accessing Enhanced Voicemail:
In order to access your Enhanced Voicemail from a phone logged into IdeaSIP, just dial your IdeaSIP number or *98. It will ask you for a password, the default for which is 12345 (but can be changed using the web configuration interface in the premium services section of your account pages).
If you're trying to access Enhanced Voicemail from a phone that isn't yours, or from a remote dialin, it will ask you for your mailbox number (which is your IdeaSIP number) and then your password.

Once you've purchased Enhanced Voicemail, a new option will be available in your premium services menu allowing you to change Enhanced Voicemail settings as well as allowing you to set your numeric password (PIN).
Announce Caller's Caller ID
Each time you check a message that's stored on the Enhanced Voicemail Server, the caller ID will be read to you before you hear the message.
The options on the menu allow you to choose whether or not you want incoming voicemail forwarded to your email in wav format and whether or not you want the voicemail stored on the server. You can also choose to turn on or off the caller ID header in your voicemail which reads off the caller ID of any incoming call.
Your Enhanced Voicemail messages can either be stored on the server for your to retrieve by calling in, can be emailed to you to email box for your account, or can be stored and emailed. Please remember to clean out stored messages regularly so you don't fill up your inbox.
